All personal details provided to us by our customers will not be released to any entities outside of Memi Designs.
Pricing & Payment:
All items are offered for sale in Australian Dollars (AUD). They are inclusive of GST but do not include shipping which is calculated at checkout (see “shipping” for more information). We can accept payment via MasterCard or VISA only (sorry - no cheques or American Express). Memi Design reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
All items are offered subject to availability. Because we sell items through platforms other than this online store, there may be times where stock availability is not completely current and items showing as in stock may have sold out elsewhere. In the event of this happening, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either cancel the order completely or replace the item with a similar one.
Product description & photographic accuracy:
We have endeavoured to provide accurate photographs of all our items on our website. However because our fabrics are handprinted, the print quality can differ from item to item. Likewise, some print designs are large, repeat prints from which parts are cut to form the products. The way the design is cut may result in differing crops from item to item for some print designs. We also endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours might appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. If you feel the item you receive is not what you thought according to the photograph shown on our website, please contact us to receive a returns/exchange form at email@example.com.
We aim to ship and deliver the product to you at the place requested by you in your order. Whilst we always aim to ship within 2 working days from the date of any order, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery date.We shall aim to let you know if we expect delays of a reasonable delivery time frame, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
On delivery of the product, unless otherwise specified, you grant us 'authority to leave'. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it.
You may grant us, ‘authority to leave', when placing your order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave, gives us and/or our selected couriers permission to leave the order at the delivery address specified by you, unattended by the front door/or where applicable, without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will endeavour to inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Unless otherwise specified, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
It is important that you verify your information is correct, especially, your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the courier to arrange delivery. If we, with our courier, have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault, after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less the delivery fees incurred by us.
