If you receive an item which is either damaged in transit, or has been incorrectly shipped (ie. not the right item), please contact us at for a “Returns” form. Send the completed form back to us with the item(s) and we will reship the original order and issue a refund to your credit card for costs incurred to you for postage. We recommend tracking from the post office incase the item goes missing in transit.

If you receive an item but change your mind and wish to return it or exhange it, please contact us at for a “Returns” form. We will issue you with either a store credit or a refund for the sale amount less the shipping cost. In this instance, returned items must be returned in new condition with sales tags intact. Please note that sale or discounted items are able to returned for store credit only.
